At Zyink Cosmetics & Beauty, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, quality treatments, and genuine customer care.

As we are a small team of two, our policies are in place to help our business run smoothly, protect appointment times, and ensure every client receives the time, care, and service they deserve.

We thank you for your continued support, respect, and understanding.

Bookings & Packages

All treatment packages must be paid in full upfront. Appointment times for packages must be booked and secured in advance.

Appointment Confirmations

Appointment reminders are automatically sent 48 hours before your scheduled booking. Please confirm your appointment when you receive your reminder text.

If your appointment is not confirmed, we may offer the booking time to another client.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you do not attend your appointment without notice, a no-show fee may apply.

Late cancellations may also incur a fee, as this time has been held specifically for your treatment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may be used towards eligible services or products within the voucher’s expiry period.

Please ensure your voucher is used before the expiry date, as expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Product Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and happy with your products. If you are unhappy with a makeup colour selection, or if a skincare product is not suitable for your skin, we will happily exchange it for a more suitable option where possible.

Products must be returned within a reasonable timeframe and in suitable condition for exchange.
