Store Policies

We have a high attention to detail and pride ourselves on customer service. As we are only a team of 2 people, we have put policies in place to make our business run smoothly and effectively. We also take this opportunity to thank you for your support and understanding.

* All package options must be paid up front and booking times secured.

* Our reminder texts automatically get send to you 48 hours prior to your booking. If you do not confirm your booking, your appointment maybe replaced.

* You will be required to pay a fee if you do not show up for your appointment time without notice. 

* Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. You can choose to use your voucher on services or products within expiration date.

* If you are at all unhappy with color selection of, make up or skin care doesn't suit your skin, we will happily exchange your product for something suitable.
