Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Free shipping is available on orders over $150 within Australia.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier.
