The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

 

Non-returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened cosmetics.

 

Refund Process

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
